I was messing around with brushes in Gimp, downloaded and installed a few hundred brushes (which I don’t recommend, it takes 20 minutes for Gimp to open). Anyway, as I was testing out brushes, I accidentally ended up with this, which looked pretty cool to me, so I saved it. And named it.
